Hi, I'm Kristin.

I didn't start in events. I started in sales. That lens has shaped everything I've built since.

For 15+ years I've designed events, webinars, talks, and sponsorships that bring in real revenue, not just attention. Because applause is nice. Growth is better.

I've produced everything from intimate VIP dinners to a three-day conference with 1,500+ attendees and 100+ speakers. I've built a webinar program that brought in $20M+ in revenue, and helped a client bring in more in a three-day event than in a typical year.

Before I worked with companies, I built SpeakServeGrow from a home office into a multiple six-figure coaching and consulting business. I created the Command Any Room program, hosted The Rise Live Event, and turned single one-hour talks into $10K to $100K paydays.

Here's what people don't expect: I'm not a buttoned-up agency type. I'm direct. I'm warm. I have a sense of humor, and I think the best work happens when people actually enjoy the process.
